Yes, Yoga is the perfect way for you to relax and enjoy your pregnancy. The Iyengar method uses props such as bolsters and blankets to assist the mother and baby attain maximum benefit from a yoga posture without strain. We teach private classes for women who are over 16 weeks pregnant. These classes are taught in a small room in our house on a one to one basis for £30 an hour. If you have a friend who is at a similar stage in their pregnancy, we can teach two people together at your house for £40/£50.   • Fill out our medical forms and let us know if your medical condition changes.
  • Inform us at the beginning of the class if you are menstruating or are feeling unwell.
  • Turn mobile phones off before class.
  • Drink from water bottles before or after the lesson but not during.
  • Wait outside the class for a few minutes if you arrive late until we have finished the invocation / sitting quietly.
