Yoga is for everyone irrespective of age, health, gender, religion or status. It is non competitive and students are encouraged to do what they can. It is a form of self study. We teach the use yoga equipment to help people attain poses to the best of their ability. If you do find a class too challenging please discuss it with us, as there may be another class more appropriate to your level

Please can you?

  • Fill out our medical forms and let us know if your medical condition changes.
  • Inform us at the beginning of the class if you are menstruating or are feeling unwell.
  • Turn mobile phones off before class.
  • Drink from water bottles before or after the lesson but not during.
  • Wait outside the class for a few minutes if you arrive late until we have finished the invocation / sitting quietly.
